- Bulk Paramount Crystals. 1 pound per order. Enough for approximately 16-20 Lbs of chocolate.
- Paramount crystals are used to aid in the melting of carob, chocolate, chocolate coatings, and yogurt. Add Paramount Crystals to the candy coating to help thin it and make it creamier.
- Directions: Add 1/4 cup of crystals per each pound of coating. Melt your chocolate and add a little at a time, stirring between each addition until the desired consistency is reached.
- Store in a cool dry place. This product is Kosher when delivered to Oasis. At Oasis, we repack the crystals.
